1/ PRESALES ENGINEER

Job Description:

  • Prepare cost estimates, technical design drawings, and coordinate with other departments throughout the project lifecycle—from initiation to completion.

  • Support the Sales team in answering customer inquiries and providing consultation regarding products, construction, and implementation solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical – Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or IT.

  • English: Basic communication skills; ability to read and understand technical documents.

  • Experience: At least 05 years of experience in a similar position (Presales in ELV or networking systems).

2/ Project Sales Executive

Education: College degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with office equipment contractors

  • Preferably with experience in dealing with government agencies (e.g., Healthcare, Education sectors)

Job Description

  • Search for, approach, and collect potential customer and contractor leads for online bidding projects across cities and provinces.

  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and contractors; provide product consultation suitable for government agencies’ procurement needs.

  • Collaborate with clients to prepare bidding documents, participate in tenders, and identify customer needs to increase the chances of winning bids.

  • Education: College or above, major in Economics/Business Administration/Engineering

  • English: Basic communication

  • Experience:

✅ At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

✅ At least 1 year of experience working with contractors, preferably with experience in public sector bidding (e.g. Healthcare, Education, etc.)

  • Main responsibilities:

✔️ Search, explore, and collect information on potential customers and contractors to implement online bidding projects in various provinces and cities.
✔️ Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and contractors to provide suitable product solutions for procurement needs in government agencies.
✔️ Coordinate with clients to prepare bidding documents and understand their needs to increase the chance of successful bids.

2. Project Implementation Technician

  • Department: Project Management

  • Headcount: 2

  • Gender: Male

  • Education: College or above, major in Electrical – Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Refrigeration – Air Conditioning

  • English: Able to read technical documents and basic communication

  • Experience

✅ At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
✅ Capable of preparing documentation and procedures for acceptance and final account settlement of construction projects.

  • Main responsibilities:

✔️ Coordinate with related departments to conduct site surveys.
✔️ Execute the project implementation in accordance with the approved design documents.
✔️ Connect, inspect, and configure devices (device parameters, network settings, etc.) according to the design documents.

3. Maintenance Staff (ELV)

  • Department: Technical Service

  • Headcount: 1

  • Gender: Male

  • Education: Vocational or College in Electrical – Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Refrigeration – Air Conditioning

  • English: (not required)

  • Experience:

✅ General knowledge and hands-on experience in IT: TCP/IP, CCTV systems, access control, VoIP IP, etc.
✅ Experience in deploying IT and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) projects.

  • Main responsibilities:

✔️ Inspect and regularly maintain ELV systems such as CCTV, fire alarm, public address, LAN networks, and other related systems.
✔️ Repair and troubleshoot ELV-related issues.
✔️ Install and upgrade ELV systems.st.
