On March 27, 2021, Sao Nam An Company's Labor Union and Sao Nam An Company organized a sightseeing trip combined with a Team Building activity at Lan Vuong Tourist Area - Ben Tre for the company's employees after long days of stressful work, in need of rest and relaxation.

The team building games were incredibly engaging, becoming memorable experiences for everyone. The members of the Soeco family had the opportunity to experience and learn from each other, build team spirit, stimulate critical thinking and teamwork abilities, and develop individual skills while bridging the gap between employees and managers.
The Team Building activities consisted of both traditional and innovative games, creating intense sensations, such as rope swinging, rowing boats, catching fish in nets, and karaoke singing. Laughter filled the air with challenging yet immensely enjoyable games, bringing about absolute joy and relaxation.
